Please reconsider before you look into these apartments! The people are WEIRD that live here. Constant music blaring, lots of unsupervised children running around screaming and playing in the streets. Every week I got a notice on my door about a car being broken into or a peeping tom. You think that the staff would take a hint, and do SOMETHING to secure the property a little more. Oh but I guess that it would cost them too much $$$$$ to make residents feel safe! However, they must spend $100 a week sending out the notices about these crimes!!! I was harrassed by a neighbor for months and the staff did nothing about it, you would think that they would at least move him since I had been there months before he moved in. But they wanted us to have a "remediation" in their office with them. Whatever, this is not elementary school. Futhermore they knew that he was lying and admitted to me that he was lying about me and still kept
sending me notices about him. Just wanted to warn all the others who thought that these were noce apartments for the price. I sure did at first! But I guess you get what you pay for! I can say one nice thing about this community, that the maintenance team was excellent (not office staff). They were always on time and got things fixed promptly.
