They should thank the company that airbrushed and edited the photos they put online. I got taken advantage of by moving in from out of town. The sqaure footage was nice, and the spiral staircase up to the loft didn't hurt with the ladies. Gas in the kitchen and fireplace was a plus. For a single, twenty-something guy in the triangle, I thought I was doing something. You know what happens next. They must have just had the previous tenant move out the same day I moved in. Dust everywhere. Carpet was dingy upon move-in. Sliding mirror doors on closet in one bedroom was broken upon move-in. Refrigerator door would not close so it leaked all over the cheap vinylish floors. Window insulation sucked. You could literally hear and feel the cold wind coming through in the winter. Teenagers in the laundry/weight room at all times of night. Pool stayed dirty. A few shady characters...but most of my neighbors kept to themselves and were cool. The maintainence guy was up to par. They kept the grounds generally clean. But when they hiked my rent up to almost $1000 a month...it was time to go.....buy a house. I would like to thank Dunhill Trace for trying to rape me with their month-to-month rates. It was so high that I realized I could afford a house instead of renting an overpriced apartment. Is it because Briar Creeek just sprung up? It's not that close. I would like to apologize to my former neighbors for coming home drunk and late... bumping my music and screeching my tires. I feel much better now.

I would agree with you as a former tennant there I have little nice to say about the office staff. They lie! The tennants are like you said a little drunk from time to time and you can hear folks come and go at all hours, but hey thats apartment life! The apratments are not well maintained the office staff jacks your rent so hight that you cant stay for more than one renewal. I would strongly advise anyone to move on to a diffrent community. Dont even get me going on how bad they rape you when you leave!
