I currently live at Dunhill Trace. My lease is up in a few months. They would like to hike the rent another $40.00 this year. I fought them down from the initial $60.00 hike they were planning. The apartments are drafty and the management does lie about everything. They will not help much with noisy neighbors. They tell you to call the police so they dont have to deal with the problem. No one picks up their dog poop. The exercise room is rarely, if ever, cleaned. The turnover is maddening. My aprtment is the smallest they have to offer. It only has one closet and they want more money. I came in at very low rate so they are trying their
