The office staff hardly ever answers the phone. When we moved in the apt had alot of stains, broken items etc. They still have not replaced/fixed items we had on move-in checklist. For a few months they kept saying it was on order. So we stopped asking. NOISE galore. Office always wanted US to call police, because I feel they did not want to be bothered. Very poor maintenance staff/procedures to make a request. We got a great deal when we moved in for monthly rent, now they want to jack up the rent that is a crazy amount for a small 2 bedroom apt. VERY drafty windows. We actually had to buy blankets and put up over the windows to keep our heat in and cold air out.
