I loved this complex because it is older and very beautiful to walk around. Lots of trees and natural beauty. HOWEVER, I was mugged in broad daylight outside of the complex (on Delta Lake Dr.) AND was a victim of "indecent exposure." I was mugged on a Sunday morning - November 2003 - at 11:00am. In the spring/summer of 2003, I was taking a morning walk around the complex, and a man in a red VW drove up next to me. I thought he was lost and needed directions, but when I looked over at him, he was exposing himself to me. Terrifying. I ran to my apt. and called the police. There is a housing project near by and this is where my mugger came from. Not a safe location, unfortunately.
