Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived here for 12 months.This is a nice place to live.The management is fine. Tamara the asst.Manager is friendly. The maintainace team is good and friendly.
Whenever I had some problem, it was attended immediatly.
The problem that I saw here were,
1.Parking,
People park by the side of the road and thus block the main parking.
2.Sound,
I did have some problems with my neighbour
who would put loud music in the mid of the night.
3.gym is small.
4.The heated pool is not maintained.
good points,
1. kitchen is big.
2. Has a lot of storage.
3. lot of sunlight in the rooms
Overall well meintained appartment.
