Just sharing my experience

In response to the last posting, I did sign a contract and I honored the contract. However, you do not expect to be taken for every possible penny when life presents an opportunity, especially when you brought in business for the community. The staff could work with their residents in these situations, but they chose not to work with me. For this, I am sharing my experience. I would rate any complex unsatisfactory that treated me in the fashion the staff at Edinborough Commons did. By the way, I lived here and have heard many complaints from other residents about one specific staff member.
