This is in response to the last post. You signed a contract. Contracts are legally binding. I do not understand why people do not want to take responsibility for their actions. You would not sign a contract to buy a home and then change your mind and expect the contract to just go away, would you' Apartment complexes seem get a lot of criticism for wanting people to fulfill their contracts, and that is not fair. By the way, I do not live here, and do not know the management, I just think people should stop whining and take responsibility for their actions. I would not buy a home if I had just signed a new lease, I would have waited until my lease was up. THAT makes sense.

FYI.. The house I bought 3 yrs ago has gone up in value over $45K since I broke my lease at Edinborough. Good thing it doesn't make sense to break a lease. Some people are idiots!
