My wife and I have just purchased a house and are no longer in the renting market but have enjoyed living at the Commons. I initially moved in in '99 when it was much more expensive and under a different management company. They were forced to change hands and reduce rent because of the market conditions (a bit of a glut) and there was a small adjustment period. I am not a high maintanance tennent, but when things broke or I needed assistance, I recieved it within a reasonable ammount of time. Some of the ammenities could be kept up better. But, when you lower the rent, you can't afford as much upkeep on the perks.
