I've lived here for about 2 years and have loved it. I am very pleased with my 1 bed/1 ba floorplan and love my large balcony. What I have appreciated the most is the responsiveness of the staff and maintenance crew. Dealing with pleasant, helpful staff defintely plays a big part in having a good tenant experience. John, Tamara and Natalie (when she was here) are the best apartment staff I've dealt with. They have set a new standard for measuring other apartment staff when I move. Also, anytime I've needed to have something fixed, the maintenace crew were on it within a couple days! I highly recommend this place. The only negative experience I had was having noisy neighbors above me who got off work at 10pm and played with their dogs...in their bedroom...til 3 am! After a little morse code with my broom stick and several trips upstairs they mellowed out. Moral of the story...in general, get the top floor if you can in any apartment complex you move to.
