I agree with the other comments that things seemed a little confused for a while with management changing, but now that things are calming down, things really seem to be changing - for the better. You're always greeted with a smile when going to the office (which I can't say was true before management switched) and I am really starting to feel like I live in a nice community, again! My lease is up for renewal in August and I plan on staying at least for another year! I think anyone moving here would find it to be a pleasant experience!
