I have lived here for 6 months. The ceilings and floors are paper thin. I hear the person above me when he walks, does laundry, plays the stereo and television.

The pool is not kept up, the filters are not working right and have not been since I have been here. There is always stuff floating on the top of the pool there is hairs in it and bugs. The management claims they are working fine. The grass is brown and there are tire ruts from some vehicle that have not been repaired and you could break an ankle walking past them when going to get your mail. The office staff is nice, the tennis courts are very nice. They just raised rents, started making people pay for water and garbage also. the maintenance guys just barge right in, if you tell them to come back later they take weeks to come back if at all. Things need 20 trips to your apartment to get fixed if at all. There are bugs everywhere. People don't know how to park in the lines so you either have to squeeze out of your car door or park far away from your apartment.

If I had it to do over I would have moved somewhere else. I am not renewing my lease when it comes time to reup.
