I moved in 6 months ago. They had just raised their rates by 50$. Midway through my lease they added garbage and water to now pay for. Now upon renewal time they raise rates again by $55 more. At this point its not worth it. They got bought out by a big company and they don't care whether people stay or go. The quality level went down and the rates went up a lot since they bought it 8 months ago. There are MUCH better places for less money then here. Stay away.


Parking is terrible. The office does not enforce anything. There have been big boats in the parking lot that have not moved for months and they just keep slapping noted on them and doing nothing else. There is a family with a hummer and a huge pickup and they both park half in and half out of the parking spots. The office does nothing. The same family parks their boat so far back in the parking spot that the boat overhangs into the sidewalk 70% and the propeller is in the way of walking to the mailboxes. some lady hit the prop with her shin and cut it open and 1 month later the boat is still allowed to overhang onto the sidewalk by a lot. The boat is right next to the mailboxes so that a lot of people walk by and have to go around so as not to get sliced.

The office people don't care about anything. Go elsewhere. Don't make the mistake I did.
