New Management and Now its going down hill

The amminaties are great. The inside of the aparments are cheapy. We were constantly having problems with our appliances and everything seemed to fall apart. We liked the layout of the small 2 bedroom-and we had a great monthly rate. The first 8 months we lived there the staff was very friendly and tried to help when they could. New management took over-prices skyrocketed, the management was rude, our questions were not answered, I had an hour conversation with the manager concerning early move out and he said he would try to find someone to take over my lease. When I went back 2 weeks later he contradicted everything he told me and didn't remeber our conversation. Management is no longer out for your best interest. There were several car break-ins and apartment break-ins. I never felt safe.
