As the Property Manager and in response to the previous posting by a resident I have to say that Yes, we enforce our policy s for the betterment of our residents. The management company has changed, that is correct and we feel that we are well within our rights to enforce our policies regarding trash and debris left on porches as well as the towing of unregistered and recklessly parked vehicles. Obviously we are not going to please everyone with our efforts, but we welcome any resident or prospective resident to stop by our office and speak with us regarding their concerns.

I have been charged repeatedly for my trash etc. The tenants on the floor above me throw their cigg. butts over the balcony. I get blaimed for it. The "concerns" of the office go ignored and parking is a huge issue. NOT ENOUGH SPACES for the occupied buildings.
