I've been living here since july and i cannot wait to get out! This place is a nightmare. There are always three things waiting for repair, and even with their 'new maintenance guy' nothing is being done. My dishwasher has been broken since Feb, its now May and they still haven't managed to fix it regardless of several attempts. They often 'lose' (i.e. ignore) my work orders. In March, after I paid my rent, they filed an eviction for me because they 'did their math wrong.' The office staff refuses to give me the phone numbers to any corperate office, telling me that I have to 'wait for them to call.' I've been waiting almost a month.

Edinborough Commons appears nice from the outside, decently priced for a nice apartment. Once you really start looking you'll realize these are not nice apartments, living here is more trouble and headache than its worth.

greystar is the management company and Chris is the point of contact and also half the problem.
