I have been a 2nd floor resident for the past 3 years. I must say, when I initially moved in the complex was GREAT!! Boy, how things change. I no longer feel safe going to work before the sun comes up in the morning and I no longer come home after dark. I feel so badly for the high school children who have to stand outside in the dark at 6:30am to wait for a school bus. There are weird people walking around the complex in broad daylight, so i can only imagine what type of creeps are lurking around at night. And parking...that's a joke..Don't expect to be able to park in front of your apartment..Your neighbors and their guests will have those spots filled to capacity..But be prepared to step in mounds of dog poop at any given moment..Also, i think it's completely ignorant for the leasing office to rent out an upper level unit to pet owners..The people who live in the unit above me have a 70 lb dog who constantly runs through their apartment, needless to say, it sounds like my ceiling is goin to collapse any minute..Oh and whatever happened to pet size regulations..I guess they don't exist..Finally, if you ever need to get in contact with the leasing staff be prepared for it to take at least a week for them to respond to your request or work order..and rest assured, that the "fixed" problem, will have to be fixed again due to poor work from the maintence crew who ride around all day gawking at females..And when you call the leasing staff directly to complain, they are going to be very rude & so very unprofessional..Oh, if its a beautiful day outside, you can forget about going for a dip in the pool or playing a game of volleyball..unless of course, you don't mind being hasseled by loud, vulgur music being blasted by tons of people drinking case loads of beer, who by the way, aren't even tenants..they are friends of friends of actual tenants...

LMAO. This is way too funny because it rings true. There is consistency with these complaints. Makes you wonder if management is receptive to them and will take the necessary action to rectify these situations. Maybe Im laughing to avoid crying.
