I have now lived here for over a year. I picked it because of the floorplan and size vs. price and I wanted to be in this area. I live on the top floor, so I don't have the noise issues that other might, but trust me, these buildings are very noisy. I can hear every single person that comes up the stairs and my downstairs neighbor told me she can hear my dog's toenails in the kitchen and bathroom. I only mention that because my dog only weighs 10 pounds!! Believe the negative staff reviews. They are inconsiderate, slow, untrained and disinterested. The only service call I ever made was re: a broken dishwasher. I had to keep calling for a week and their excuse was that it was the week to change all the air filters so the maintenance team was busy. The maintenance team is very friendly and helpful, they just aren't managed well by the office. There is only one person still working in the office that was there 1 1/2 years ago when I first started looking. That says a lot to me. As far as safety, I come home late from work every night, there are some shady looking people and we have had gang grafitti put on cars and mailboxes. I would move tomorrow if my lease was up. Mostly because of the staff in the front office.

Staff is also in the habit of not getting up off their duffs to get your packages for you that they had signed for. These are the ones that they keep in their storage closet. They take comfort in the "not so wise" practice of allowing you to go into the room yourself to get it. They dont ask to see any documentation, nor do you sign off on anything indicating that you recieved your package. Anyone can claim to have a package and conveniently "swipe in flight" with your property. Its the next best thing to having your package left at your door step with a bright red bow. They do it everytime! They will of course claim that they have preventive measures in place. But they are not consistent or simply dont use them.
