I have been living at Edinborough for almost a year...I am moving out next month. Seriously this place is terrible. My roomates car got broken into twice and there are always sketchy people walking around...we had a peeping tom...and a few more break-ins (besides my roomates). When we showed up on the day to move in the apartment was in terrible condtion. There was sticky stuff all over the carpet (gross)..pee in one of the toilets...the stove was in pieces...and we had a gas leak. The floors/walls are thin...I've gotten complained on for VACCUMING. Right now our dishwasher is broken...and has been for the past two weeks. I have called MULTIPLE times and they keep saying we are on the top of the "list" but still nobody comes...and if they do come they dont leave a note so you wont know anyways. It's almost like every member of the staff is lacking common sense...I feel like I should just talk to the wall when I go in there. Trust me...they will do EVERYTHING to get you into the place...but once your there...they could care less whether you are happy or not. The only thing they DO really well is mow the grass (wow, thanks Edinborough Commons)...and they do this around 8am in the morning every week. I have lived in Raleigh for a long time and have lived in several different apartment complexes. This one is BY FAR worse than any other...I cannot WAIT to move out. Do yourself a favor...this place only has vacancy all the time...because they suck...look elsewhere and get a much better apartment for your money.
