Let me start off by saying that I lived here for over 2 years. The apartments look nice & the lawn is well kept, but thats where it ends. My apartment had mold in it, probably from a water leak that they never bothered to fix properly. The pools are filthy. There is always some type of nasty filmy substance in the indoor pool, it looks more like a swamp than a pool. Parking is a joke. All sorts of weirdos/criminals lurk through the complex day & night. Kids ride their skateboards up & down the stairs all night. Beer cans/bottles occupy the volleyball court. The tennis court is always super dark, never lit. Also, they try to entice you with this "low" rent..in hindsight its not really that much cheaper than other apartment communities in the area, after you add in your monthly gas bill and water/sewer bill. Most of the other apartments are completely electric..But not these..And who hired the new idiots in the office, mainly the new property manager..I wouldn't let that incompetent nutbag manage my garage can. Don't let the ideal location fool you. I guess the office staff is too busy writing false reviews on this site, than to actually screen the riff-raff who they are letting move in.
