First of all they have SERIOUS roach problems - small, medium and LARGE! Nasty and everywhere. They claim that someone comes weekly to "spray" however in talking to the gentleman they spray outside and not inside! Nothing like waking up to take a shower and finding a roach that is big enough to carry you away in your darn tub! GROSS! We are clean but it doesn't matter how clean you are if you inherit this nasty creature! I did NOT pay to live in a roach infested apartment! Can't wait to move in just a few weeks!
Upstairs neighbors are HORRIBLE! We have a child so we understand that kids are loud but loud and coming through the ceiling are two TOTALLY different issues! Complained to office - office didn't do anything about it. CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!
Parking...NEVER any place to park and no desinated area for tenants - seems that vistors get better parking than the people that live there.
Paint is chipping off the building and mait. people "cob" everything. Mold growing in every area of the windows and windows leak leaving water to sit on your window sill. NASTY!
Have I already said that we CAN'T WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE!!
NIGHTMARE!
