In this day and age it is simply amazing that you can find a apartment complex that is whites only.

The Management staff on several occasions was rude and very demeaning. I happened to know many of the maintenance staff for this complex and was told by more than one on more than one occasion that anti-hispanic comments were made. My wife is white; I am hispanic, but she shares my last name and it seemed that any interraction between the white tenants was held in a proffesional manner. My family was the target of several abusive "door notes" threatening eviction on a weekley basis.
When we tried to leave we were told we would give up our security deposit (almost 1000 dollars) and we would be charged a 850.00 dollar "re-letting fee."

My rent was always paid and I follwed the "rules" of the community very strictly (they were always watching.)

I have never had a renting experience as costly (see below) or as oppressive as this community was.

After we left to move back to Texas. I found that the manager decided to smear our rental history.

I spoke with the direct supervisor to our manager and assistant manager at Drucker and Faulk (the parent company.) And I was told the problem was with me. "Don't be so sensitive." I believe where the gentlemans words.

The apartment itself was somewhat nice but it was built poorley and the windows are a joke. My electric bill in the cold winter were upwords of 200.00 and could have been fixed with 20-30 dollars worth of window foam or weather stripping.

As I said THIS IS THE WORST MANAGED APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED AT.

Having said all this please understand I do not work on a construction site I am a professional and made plenty of money to live there but unfortunately some things don't change.

I am also filing a complaint with the Equal Oppurtunity housing authority, and as a veteren I will also lodge a complaint with the U.S. DOD.

I know this all sounds like sour apples and I am not happy with them but, what can I do there is no real way to stop this kind of abuse other than raiting them.
