Do not move here

After drucker and faulk left, the whole complex went downhill. First the duct work from the clothes dryer to the vent outside is 4 feet longer than the building code allows. It is also made of plastic (highly flammable). It took us 2 months to get them to change it out. During these 2 months we had Sears come to check our dryer b/c it wasn't drying clothes like it should. They said it was fine. After taking 2 copies of the building code of NC to them and threatening with a lawyer, they fixed it but we have dryer duct work running everywhere.
The roofs are leaking majorly, there is mold and mildew on the ceilings and the office does nothing to fix it. The a/c system is missing some ductwork behind the intake filter. Heating/cooling is a pain and costs a LOT ($160/month).
The cops were chasing someone through the woods a few weeks ago which is really creepy.
Everyone in my building has moved out. THis complex is huge but more and more are moving out and the complex doesn't seem to care.
They change pet policies, and fees without notice.
Our water keeps getting shut off mysteriously even though we pay the bills on time everytime. The city of raleigh says nothing in their system says our water should be cut off but it keeps happening.
THe major construction next door rattles our windows and constantly beeps (trucks backing up). It won't be done for a couple of years either. We moved here because we thought it'd be quiet. We were wrong.
The whole place is falling apart b/c it was built in the mid 1970s and the company is making NO effort to maintain it. They are no longer pet friendly AT ALL.
Save yourself much frustration and LOTS of money and don't move here. THey do not include anythign (water, etc).
