Edwards Mill Village is not a friendly community. I feel that the management cares nothing about the tennants. The apartment is not quiet, we can hear the neighbors on one side and the neighbor on the otherside can hear us. The pool is nasty and is not functioning correctly. The CLUB HOUSE has cats living under it and smells of cat urine.The wooded areas around the townhouses are undergrown with thorns are not illuminated, also there is an abandoned house adjacent to the property that has been recently investigated by the Raleigh police for criminal activity, thus giving an usafe feeling. The trash removal service leaves alot to be desired in that old furniture is left for weeks behind the dumpsters. I have since been to other communities that seem to care about their tennants and would recommmend them but not Edwards Mill Village. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
