I lived here from 1989 to 1990. Obviously I can't comment on the management or quality of tenants today, but I will add my few cents. I and my roommates at the time thought this place was not as nice as advertised... The buildings were rated as energy-efficient but don't believe it! We had $250 bills, and there was some sloppy construction work in the HVAC that had to be re-done. The window and door seals were poor (and recent reviews indicate that STILL hasn't been fixed') Wow.
