I lived here for 5 years, primarily because I had a pet. The apartment designs weren't great (L-shaped), and all they say about replacing appliances is true. I wanted my carpet replaced (it was 20 years old!) and they told me I'd have to pay $900 to get it done. Last I heard, carpet life wsa 5 years. I never had a paint job or anything when renewing.

My neighbor threatened to shoot my dog if he pooped behind his apt. (I scooped, too) and I told the office. They did nothing. I DO NOT recommend this place. Two kids were dealing drugs out of my next door apartment and they waited over 2 months to kick them out. Horrible!

Kids ran around everywhere, starting fires in the woods, fighting, and making noise. If you forget to scoop a dog poop, expect a note on your door; if you have a complaint on a child, expect it to go unresolved.
