Apartment was halfway decent...good maintenance people. Office staff SUCKED! Little to no help and absolutely NO COMPASSION! Be careful if you are a pet owner and live here. They say that they are pet friendly, but then become the poop patrol. Had four dogs at one time and took two out at a time to potty. Would go back to clean up once all four had gone....cleaned up EVERY TIME. Still got nasty notes from management that clean up didn't occur RIGHT after dog went. HELLO''''' I don't have three arms. Neighbors will turn you in for any little thing, but feel free to let their pets go in your part of the yard without cleaning up. For your sanity.....please look elsewhere!!!! Not worth the exorbitant amounts that they charge in rent. We got the hell out as soon as we could.

FOUR dogs in an apartment?? Ewww, how gross and nasty! Dogs don't belong in apts. anyway. I moved into an apt. in Greensboro behind a dog owner that let their dog urinate in the dining room. The smell was so awful! Rental office was nice and cleaned the carpets 2X but the smell was still there. Within 2 weeks of living in the apt. they had to rip out the carpet and install new carpet, as I refused to live with the smell. I'm glad where I live now doesn't allow dogs because all they do is smell and cause damage.

Dogs smell and cause damage? Wow. Little do you know. I feel fortunate that the apartment complex allows animals, otherwise I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE. Animals have personality, characteristic and intellect. I am so sorry that you have not had the chance to experience this.

Wow, things have sure changed since you lived here. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. The community is very nice and quiet, neighbors are nice, and people seem able to clean up after their animals. I would (and have) recommend living here.
