I have had horrible problems trying to get maintenance to fix things. I don't think they know what they're doing. I had a leak in my ceiling so I called "emergency" maintenance. I was told to move my couch out of the way, put a bucket under it and some one would be there in the morning. Morning, ya right, they did not show up untill after noon.
I moved here because their three bedroom is HUGE!! I also got a great deal. If I had known that I would be dealing with everything falling apart I may have thought twice.
what other residents have said about the electricity bill is very true. I have not had a bill under $220.00. Most of the time it about $250.00. My air just does not work right and yet they cant fix it. I have resorted to putting fans in all the rooms and becoming a freak about the lights being on. Yet I still have these high bills.
I wanted to wait to buy a house for at least another year but they are really helping me move that date up fast!
