This is my third apartment that I have lived in throughout Wake County. I do not know what these people are talking about when they are complaining about high electricity bills and incompetent repair men. I feel safe (so far) in my apartment... In my last community the vandalism and parking nightmares were so unbearable it was an incentive for me to move. Josh and Ed have not given me any big problems, if something in my apartment breaks it is fixed in a timely fashion. Edwards Mill is a dream for the pet owner. In every caul-de-sac there are pet waste containers which are very convenient. In my last apartment, there was tremendous noise concerns and the management would not do a thing about it. I have not had any noise problems in the five months I have lived here. Parking is a DREAM here compared to what I was used to! There is ample parking for residents and guests, AND NO TOW TRUCKS HAULING AWAY CARS!!! I know all my neighbors and feel comfortable leaving for the day. The only problem that I have is the children. The community is a safe one, so safe that a lot of families live here. Kids will be kids and play in roads and run out in traffic. Parents need to be in control of their children or a major catastrophe is going to occur. All in all, Edwards Mill is a great location and a wonderful value. I am planning on living here indefinately, just as long as my monthly rent is not changed.
