Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
In the year that I lived here, there was a constant battle with cockroaches. We tried to get the exterminator service that the complex provided monthly. This was more than a task and when they finally came, the exterminator used our phone for long distance calls, watched TV, laid in the bed and made nasty messes in the bathroom. When we reported it to the police and management, they refused to prohibit this guy from working the property. So...needless to say we lived in a cockroach INFESTED apartment. They were everywhere!!!
