I moved into this apartment complex because it's in a good section of town and the price was very low. It's not the nicest apartment complex in the area, but I thought I could handle it.
I was wrong.
The staff there changes quickly (I have been here for 1 year and have already spoken to 4 different people. Apparently, they all keep quitting!) and they are all very rude.
They did not fulfill promises in the contract they had promised. And FORGET about maintenance. They will come to your home without notice (a huge violation of my privacy) and usually do not fix the problem. Instead, they leave a little note with scribble and consider their job done.
It's awful here. I definitely would NEVER recommend a friend stay here.

I have recommended both friends and family. Living here is a wonderful experience and I'm happy to be here. The office staff is great -- they care a lot about their residents. The maintenance staff is prompt and conscientious. My username says it all...
