dont move there! in addition to a high turn around of office workers, the maintenance staff spends most of their time as loyal customers at the local starbucks! they are slow to resolve any issues in your home, and your utilitiy bills can be outrageous! not to mention the ticks, spiders, and all of the other creepy crawlers that get into your apartment because you live in the woods! yes the rent is somewhat cheap, but please believe me you do get what you pay for so if you can do better do it. i'm telling all of my friends.

I am curious what a Outrageous utility bill is to you and what kinda time frame is "slow to resolve" I have lived at various places through out the country and everyones perspective is different I am curious also if you owned or rented previous to this negative experience?? Information would be helpful thanks!

This is a great place to live. I have never had a problem with the office or maintenance staff. One of the maintenance staff's daughters wants to babysit for me and visits us periodically. My neighbor is one of the leasing consultants and she is wonderful. Since I have a small child, she makes sure our neighbors do not take up all the close parking. There is no noise. You definitely get more than you pay for here. I love it!
