I lived here for over 2 years & hated every minute of it.
At first, things were fine (or else I wouldn't have moved in!) but things quickly fell apart.
My deck outside was literally falling apart & maintenance never came to fix it. I have a dog & despite requests to be warned when they were going to come in my house -- they would come in when I was NOT there & leave notes that they had worked on something.
My roof leaked & they never checked on it or fixed the problem.
Finally, my heating broke & it took them forever to get it fixed. By "forever" I mean days. And when it's cold outside, days can be a long damn time.

I definitely would NEVER let a friend or co-worker move in here. Go next door to the cleaner, nicer apartments. Or even head over off Duraleigh. There are some better options nearby.

Don't deal with the frustration of Edwards Mill. In the end, you'll be very glad you went somewhere else.

If you did not like it from the moment you moved in , why did you live there two years??? Thx possible new renter.
