I don't see how anyone could write a positive recommendation about this place, unless the managers and staff are writing the good ones to lie to people. That wouldn't surprise me.
I hated living here. You can find much better accommodatoins at the same price in Raleigh. I would highly suggest looking around before living here.
I wouldn't let any of my friends live here.

First off, where do you get off calling all positive reviews as liars. I believe you have some personal vendetta with this property that you are so ashamed of that you have to go by anonymous. I can speak for myself and having lived at Edwards Mill for 5 years, I can honestly say my experience with the two different property management companies has been similar in the fact that my needs are met when I have experienced any maintenance issues in a timely matter and a correct one. I love my townhouse and HAVE recommended this property to my friends. I have not encountered any of the so called bad attitudes or dishonesty that you speak of. If in fact you were unhappy here, I am truly glad you are no longer a neighbor of mine. There are many people here that are happy and since you are so unhappy, it appears no matter where you live, it will never meet your expectations. Best of luck in finding the place that welcomes the "hard to please" person you seem to be.

I don't know what you are talking about. This is a great apartment complex, I just renewed for two more years. I love it here, and you cannot beat the price and location. It's a wonderful neighborhood. The maintenance staff is very prompt, helpful, and friendly. My neighbor is one of the leasing agents and she is wonderful. I have had no problems with this community or its staff.
