ok people im warning you once, if you decide to move in here i feel bad for you! yes, the scenery is nice, the town homes are nice and are not common in raleigh but if you want to feel SAFE this is not the place to do it! i wish i could tell you more but im still renting from these people and i dont want problems until after i move out! JUST PLEASE DONT MOVE IN HERE! I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! AND I HOPE YOU DONT! also when looking for an apartment, look for one with a garage because people do not know how to drive down here!ill be explaining myself more once im out!

Please elaborate!! Why don't you feel safe? Have you personally had an issue?? I've lived here for almost a year and my only complaint is an occasional speeder or a loud "boom boom" trunk rattling, ridiculous radio (which seems to come from one certain demographic area of the complex, if you know what I mean).
