We were very excited about the apartments at first. They have a nice layout and a nice area look. However, we have been plagued with problems. Mainly our AC unit has been a joke. It Froze up 6 times in a year period with our ceiling caving in. This destroyed our couch and did some pretty heavy damage to pictures on our fireplace mantle and our rug. (which I'm sure they'll charge us for when we move) Finally the unit was replaced and our electric bill was cut in half. This was over a year of paying insane electric amounts. We have had problems with ants which the answer has been you live in the woods. There were multiple snakes in the complex last year which the answer was you live in the woods. Not just garden snakes, but poisonous snakes and snakes that I was told by a maintenance man who is no longer with the company tend to chase people from under the trash cans. The office staff is okay. Maintenance tends to do as little possible to keep you from complaining. Please consider other options as they have been doing renovations with the new company which I am sure means rent will be rising as well.
