I have lived here since 2004. I live in the front, so I don't have the problems with congestion as do the units in the back. I do wish they had numbered parking spaces, but such is life. This is the only complex with three bedrooms and three full baths. The unit is old, but they are renovating units when tenants move out. Since I have been here, they have fixed the AC, and replaced the stove and the refigerator. This is a great location, close to downtown, convenient to I40, down the street from Crabtree Valley Mall and the RBC Center.I don't use the pool or the fitness center , so I can't comment on those. The walking path is nice, but I don't suggest walking by yourself. No place is 100% safe. If you want total peace and quiet, buy a house in the country.
