I have lived in Edwards Mill since November 2005.I LOVE it here. The office staff is great, the maintenance staff is courteous and responds to service requests very quickly. I have even had to call them in the middle of the night for a couple things and they were there very quickly. The grounds are beautiful, and it has a nice neigborhood feel. Many of the units are upgraded, and for apartment living, it is very quiet around here. I have come in at night at different times and never felt unsafe. For those reviews who said they didn't feel safe, don't believe them! There are a few (atleast 3 that I know of) police officers/Sherrif's deputies that live out here. They go where there are few-to-no problems and calls. Alsol when I was looking at this complex over three years ago, I purposely drove through at night first. There were people walking (for exercise) that I stopped and talked to. They had been out here for a while and said they felt safe back then.At one point there was what I would call a "rough area" of the complex when I first moved in but they have cleaned that up before and are very good about getting out the rift-raft. I would recommend this complex (and have) to many people.
