I lived at Fairgate Apartments several years ago and have recently moved back to the Raleigh area. After my positive experiences here I decided to move back into a town home. I would highly recommend Fairgate to anyone who is looking for a new home. The grounds are kept immaculate and the staff is always courteous and helpful. I did not have any major maintenance issues in my apartment but when I had a request, the work was completed in a timely manner.
