My first experience with the complex was roaches falling in my hair as I turned on the kitchen light and it went down hill from there. When I tried to move they reported that I had been late a bunch of times. Please read your lease agreement, because it clearly states that rent is due on or BEFORE the 1st of the month. This mean that if they don't like you then you are going to be late on the 2nd of every month you continue to stay there, but your late charges won't begin until the 5th of the month. When someone calls for rent verification they can claim that you were late - if you pay between the 2nd and the 5th of the month. So beware - this is the Hotel California. It is a shame because this property is in a good location and has a very good school system, but the management is immature.

And they will find a way to take away your deposit so just decide it's a wash when you move in.
