I have lived at several apartment communities and have never found one as unique as this one. No upstairs noise! What a difference that can make. The apartments are huge with great storage and closet space. The maintenance guy was always very helpful and fixed any problems the same day. I have only talked with the manager on a few occasions, but she seemed very nice as well. I wish they had one bedrooms, but oh well.

I always recommend Fairgate to my friends and coworkers.
