Fairgate Apartment has friendly and caring staff who look out for the interests of their tenets. The property is quiet and well maintained. The neighbors are courteous and friendly. Parking is easy to find. Fairgate is located in a convenient location to the highway and close to Umbstead Park. It has a nice community atmosphere.
