Stay away,Keep driving buy, The manangement suck and the apartment appear to be nice but there were sliver fish bugs everywhere. The bathrooms over flow and the tub are nasty filled with years of mold. I would not like it for my pet monkey to live here.

I disagree. Put the brakes on and stay awhile. I have been at Fairgate Apartments for the past 4 years and haven't had any of the problems you've mentioned. Management has always been friendly and care about the people and the community. My neighbors are warm and welcoming, the grounds are kept clean and it is very quiet. As far as the bugs and bathrooms, perhaps you didn't keep your townhome clean enough for a monkey to live there.

Maybe its because your-----. Plus they have new management now. So how can you say the management has always been friendly. And I kept my house spotless, we didn't bring sliverfish. We had sliverfish from the time we moved in to the time we moved out. You can check our move in RECORDS.The place is old and it has a lot of bugs FACE THE FACTS. Like I said, KEEP DRIVING BYE! i HOPE YOU KEPT YOUR HOME CLEAN ENOUGH FOR MONKEYS TO LIVE IN, MONKEY!
