We lived in Fairgate up until we bought a home and had an awesome experience. We found that the office staff and maintance staff were very friendly. Everything was fixed in a fast period of time. Very safe neighborhood. The neighbors really make the apartments seem more like a "Home". Whether you are single, married, have children, or elderly these apartments really have a lot to offer.
