Fairgate is a wonderful place to live and call home. The apartments are clean and spacious. Any maintenance issues I ever had have been handled quickly, efficiently and with professionalism from the office staff to the maintenance man. The complex is in a great location, the neighborhood is safe. There is plenty for kids to do with the pool, tennis courts, playground, etc. The parking is great, plentiful!
I had nice neighbors who took pride in their homes and it showed. There is a feeling of community which is really nice these days. I would recommend Fairgate and actually have if I know of any one looking for a great place to live!
