First few months were great. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

But as people moved out - the rental office has done a poor job of picking/screening new renters.

They're renting to familes that have four children, two uncles, grandpartents and a couple cousins, all living in a two bedroom townhouse.

The new renters litter everywhere, the garbage compactor is always broken with garbage laying out all over the sidewalk. There are beer cans in the gutters of the parking lot. The workout room, which is small but nice has been torn up and ruined by unsupervised children.

In this neighborhood, it must be really cool to turn your stero's up really loud in the car so that everyone can hear what you're listening to. Some new renters have loud steros with thumping bass going until 11 or 12 at night during the week.

Yeah, it is a pet friendly place - epecially if you like listening to other people's dogs bark all day and night long. Or if you enjoy stepping in dog crap if you take one step onto any part of the grass common areas.

Needless to say, I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up.

It sounds bad, but the quality and type of people Falls Creek is renting to are the kind of people that turn a nice community into one that most wouldn't want to live in.

It is too bad that this nice community has been ruined by poor decision being made by the leasing office.
