Outside appearance is nice - but it's what is inside that counts

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Children play in the streets and parking lot, posing a hazard for themselves and drivers. Overpriced, cheap construction, polyester carpet - $200 Hoover vac completely destroyed.
Slab flooring, leaks moisture up through carpet. Heating/AC unit has been worked on 4 times - still is malfunctioning. Enormous electricity bill, main reason we are moving out.
New neighborhood being built literally on top of apartments along with a new Sheetz gas station - traffic has become even worse than before. The line at the light to get onto Capital is usually backed up to the street sign for the apartments, about 1/4 mile back.
The office staff are more or less helpful - some people more than others.
