We moved from a 2 bedroom Apartment which only allowed us 1 parking space per apartment. We now dont have to carry groceries along with a baby up to the second floor. Its nice have a back yard area to just walk out to. Also love having washer and dryer. We do have a little bit of problems with ants and spiders; you can also sometimes hear your neighbors tv on. Wish the fridge and freezer was bigger.
