Because we are positive thinking people we will give you the good things first........

And now the bad:
1.

Parking, I mean lack there of.

We have lived in previous apartments with assigned parking spots and have been enforced, but it requires an active management team.

We feel it is not something that they want to get involved with.

As a townhome occupant you have two parking spots but it does not guarantee that you will park in Wake county.

The seasonal extended family occupants tend to leave the vehicles in the complex while they travel for work.

Others keep non functioning vehicles in spots and even trailers.

Where in the hell is overflow parking? Standard practice will be to label the different parking areas but once again this requires an active management team.

2.

It is pet friendly.

We have a dog and we clean after the animal.

however, others in the complex walk large dogs and never pick up their waste.

We have entertained the idea of doing a massive yard cleaning and deposit on the office doorsteps the plentiful brown treasures that we find, however, our decency and sense of responsibility prevent us from doing that.

3.

We realized that diversity is the "in" thing right now and we are supporteers of that, however, when the state government pays half of their rent, this is not bringing the best people.Additionally, extended families are becoming more prevalent which exacerbates the parking and noise issues.

4.

Security : Given the amount of undocumented residents, this leaves personal and property security in question.
