I moved in back in June and I just renewed again for 6 months. It's quiet and peaceful. My friend lives in a townhome on the other side of the property and the parking is tight from time to time but the downstairs is HUGE!!!
The person above me was making a lot of noise right after I moved in so I complained to the office. About a week later the noise stopped. I've lived in a lot of apartments in the past 3 years but this complex seems to take their tenants seriously.
Now I can even pay my rent online. Everybody's different but I like this place and intend to stay for a while.
